Kim Dillon, MSPT, GTS

Kim received her master’s in science physical therapy degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and her Bachelor of Science degree from Stockton University. She continues to expand her knowledge and skills by attending a variety of continuing education courses to provide the highest quality of care to her patients. She is certified in the Graston Technique (GTS). GTS is an evidence-based instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) that enables clinicians to effectively treat chronic, acute, or post-surgical soft tissue restrictions, range of motion, and inflammation with specially designed stainless-steel instruments. With over 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, Kim has worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Her approach to patient care is to start with a thorough evaluation and then build an individualized plan of care geared toward each patient’s personal goals. Various treatment techniques and manual therapies are integrated to treat the underlying cause of pain and not just the symptoms. These include but are not limited to Graston Technique (IASTM), McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Mulligan concept, Kinesiotaping, Myofascial Release, and postural/ergonomic training. Patient education and home exercise plans are also key components to each successful recovery. Kim takes pride in getting to know each patient and delivering the personal attention needed to help them reach their goals in the quickest way possible.
When Kim is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three children playing sports, coaching, skiing, and hiking.

Grace Kim, DPT

Grace Kim, DPT

Grace Kim, DPT

Grace grew up in nearby Budd Lake, NJ. She had the dream of becoming a physical therapist since she was in 8th grade. She fulfilled her goal and obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stockton University. She has had the opportunity to work in a wide array of clinical environments. She has rehabilitated patients in the neurological intensive care (ICU), and treated students in the school district setting and the outpatient orthopedic/neurological setting where she was involved with some of the most complex patients which required the use of advanced treatment technology not common in most settings. Grace brings a strong passion to partner with her patients in their recovery through education about their bodies and conditions. From there she likes to take a comprehensive approach to seeing clinical results which translates into patients being able to do their daily tasks and recreational activities! Outside of getting patients better, Grace is very involved in her church.  She enjoys many outdoor activities especially walking with friends and playing basketball.

Patricia Buck, PT, GTS, CSCS

Patricia Buck is a board-licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Nevada. Her career has spanned 50 years working in those 3 states but calling New Jersey her home. She graduated from Ithaca College of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She knew from the age of 12 that she wanted to be a Physical Therapist when she began volunteering at a handicapped children’s center. She has followed her passion for treating people of all ages in their journey of recovery and a better life. She has been a manager of PT clinics throughout her career and has been a mentor to many men and women entering the field of Physical Therapy.

Her specialty areas include sports medicine, total joint replacements, geriatrics, pediatrics, and all orthopedic conditions including hand rehabilitation. She has worked extensively with injured athletes with a concentration on soccer, football, baseball, and dance injuries. With her specialty in strength and conditioning, she can assist injured athletes in returning to their sport. She is also quite sensitive to patients’ pain issues and provides support for pain relief during their time in Physical Therapy.

The most rewarding aspect of being a Physical Therapist is taking part in their rehabilitation program from start to finish. Patricia provides 1-1 treatment throughout a patient’s time spent in Physical Therapy. This gives her the knowledge and ability to get to know the patient’s deficits, establish appropriate goals and a plan for treatment, and then discharge.

Patricia grew up in Connecticut spending most of her free time skiing, reading, and sewing. Currently, she spends a great deal of time with her 5 grandchildren, 3 children, and brothers and sisters. She enjoys traveling throughout the USA.
